Cancelling a booking

Possible when your booking’s policy allows it, before the deadline shown at checkout. Some charges and fees may not be refunded.

If the cinema cancels

You may be offered a refund of the eligible amount, another show, or another resolution from the cinema.

Charged twice

If a duplicate payment is confirmed with no booking behind it, the extra amount is refunded.

Missed the show

A no-show usually isn’t refunded unless the cinema or booking policy says otherwise.

Food orders

These have their own conditions. Orders already prepared or ready for collection may not be refundable.

Track a refund

Go to My Bookings, then Booking Details, then Refund Status. Your bank sets the final timing.

How do I book a movie ticket?

Select your movie, cinema, date and showtime. Choose your seats, complete payment and your digital ticket appears.

Can I choose my seats?

Yes. Participating cinemas offer an interactive seat map. Seat availability updates live, so a seat can be taken if someone else completes their booking first.

Can I cancel my ticket?

It depends on the cancellation policy for your booking and cinema. You’ll see the terms before you pay. Some tickets and offers are non-refundable.

How will I receive my ticket?

Your digital ticket and booking confirmation are shown after successful payment, and may also be sent to your registered phone number or email.

Can I order food with my ticket?

Food and beverage pre-ordering is available at participating Chotu Maharaj Cinema locations.

What happens if my payment fails?

If money is deducted but your booking isn’t confirmed, Cine Ring verifies the transaction with the payment provider and refunds the eligible amount to your original payment method.

What do I need at the cinema entrance?

Your ticket, QR code or booking ID. The cinema may also ask for ID where age restrictions or certification rules apply.
