About Cine Ring

Cine Ring is a digital platform that enables users to discover movies, participating cinemas, showtimes and available cinema services and, where enabled, purchase or reserve movie tickets and other services.

Cine Ring may operate directly or in association with participating cinema operators, including Chotu Maharaj Cinema.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when using Cine Ring.

If you are under the age required to independently enter into a contract under Indian law, you should use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

User account

Certain features may require you to create an account or verify your mobile number or email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Protecting access to your account
• Informing Cine Ring if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

Cine Ring may suspend or restrict an account where it reasonably believes that the account is being misused, fraudulent activity is suspected, or these Terms are being violated.

Movie information

Movie titles, posters, descriptions, trailers, ratings, languages, durations, formats and other information displayed on Cine Ring may be provided by cinemas, distributors, studios, content providers or other third parties.

While reasonable efforts may be made to keep information accurate, showtimes, movie availability, formats and other information may change without prior notice.

Ticket booking

When you select a movie, cinema, date, showtime and seat, the selected seat may be temporarily held while you complete the booking process. A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• The payment process is successfully completed, where applicable;
• The booking is successfully processed; and
• Cine Ring generates a valid booking confirmation or ticket.

Adding a seat to a selection or temporarily holding a seat does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.

Seat availability

Seat availability is dynamic and may change during the booking process. A selected seat may become unavailable if another customer successfully completes a booking before your transaction is completed.

Cine Ring will not be responsible for seat availability changes resulting from concurrent bookings, technical issues or cinema-side changes.

Ticket prices

Ticket prices may vary depending on:

• Cinema
• Screen
• Movie
• Showtime
• Date
• Seat category
• Booking channel
• Applicable taxes
• Convenience or platform fees
• Promotional offers

The price displayed during checkout will be the price presented for your booking, subject to any clearly stated applicable terms.

Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Cine Ring may not directly store complete card, banking or other payment credentials where payment processing is handled by an authorized third-party payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Booking confirmation

After a successful booking, Cine Ring may provide a booking confirmation containing information such as:

• Booking ID
• Movie
• Cinema
• Date
• Showtime
• Screen
• Seat numbers
• Amount paid
• QR code or ticket information

You should retain your booking confirmation until you have completed your cinema visit.

Entry to cinema

Customers must comply with the rules and policies of the relevant cinema. The cinema may require the customer to present a valid ticket, QR code, booking ID, identification document or other information before entry.

Admission may be subject to applicable cinema policies, movie certification requirements and age restrictions.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation policy applicable to the relevant booking, cinema and show. Where cancellation is permitted, the refund amount, deductions, timelines and method of refund will be displayed or communicated according to the applicable policy.

Certain bookings may be non-refundable or may not be eligible for cancellation.

In the event of a show cancellation, cinema closure or other circumstances affecting the scheduled show, Cine Ring or the relevant cinema may provide a refund, rescheduling option or other resolution in accordance with the applicable policy. See the Cancellation and refund policy.

Cinema changes

The relevant cinema may change:

• Show timings
• Screen allocation
• Seat availability
• Movie availability
• Movie format
• Venue arrangements

Where such changes materially affect a confirmed booking, the relevant cinema or Cine Ring may communicate available options to the customer.

Offers and promotions

Offers, discounts, promotional codes and other benefits may be subject to additional terms. An offer may include restrictions relating to:

• Validity period
• Cinema
• Movie
• Showtime
• Payment method
• Customer eligibility
• Number of uses

Cine Ring reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers in accordance with applicable terms.

Food and beverage

Where food and beverage ordering is available, orders may be subject to cinema-specific availability, pricing, preparation times and collection or delivery arrangements. Food orders may have separate cancellation or refund conditions.

Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Use Cine Ring for fraudulent activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with Platform security
• Use automated systems to manipulate bookings
• Resell tickets without authorization
• Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to bypass seat or booking restrictions
• Upload malicious code
• Misuse promotional offers
• Use the Platform in violation of applicable law

Intellectual property

The Cine Ring name, logo, design, software, website content, graphics and other Platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Cine Ring content without appropriate authorization.

Movie names, posters, trailers, logos and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

Cine Ring may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, communication services, analytics providers, mapping services and other technology providers. Your use of such services may be subject to the respective third party’s terms and privacy policies.

Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep Cine Ring available and functioning reliably. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Technical failures
• Network problems
• Third-party service interruptions
• Security incidents
• Force majeure events

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cine Ring shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including cinema-side changes, third-party payment failures, internet or network failures, or events affecting cinema operations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

Cine Ring may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Cine Ring after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
